X17 is reporting that this is Royce, but why the red eyes? He would not have red eyes...so who is this guy? (Twifans have a lot more pics here.) We know that they are shooting Jasper/Maria scenes right now so maybe he is Peter, who helps Jasper get rid of the newborn vampires and then later escape Maria?
